The body is universal. It functions with the principle of inner
connectedness. Every cell is blessed with
total knowledge of the whole,
and so is always in unity with it.
Body breathes, body has weight on the ground. This is the cornerstone of practicing
Breema.
Because you can’t say your body had weight a minute ago. You can’t say your body is going to have weight a minute from now. Having weight means you experience it. Only then can you truthfully say it. That’s how you enter the world of reality. You say what you experience, because then it’s real for you.
So while you’re doing Breema with someone (or doing any activity in daily life), experience body breathes, body has weight. Your body. Because that’s the one you can taste. This moment is for this moment. You don’t need to try to “collect” it, so you can remember it in the next moment. This moment is this moment. Finished. You are where you are. The next moment has no connection to the previous one. Things aren’t connected by time and space. They’re connected by reality, and reality is free from time and space, and is in this moment.
That’s how it is with Breema. You can’t understand any of the Nine Principles through words. Only when you have a taste of one of them do you know what it is. In fact, the principles make you free from your ideas. You put your hands on the recipient’s body, without ideas. That means you’re not inside your head, you’re not at the mercy of your thoughts. Life is manifesting. Life is as it is. Can you change it? You can’t. But you can taste it, you can experience it. Then you are alive in your life.
