This retreat features daily Breema bodywork sessions, as well as classes in partner Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises. You will leave with a practical plan for increasing vitality in your life, and support for moving towards real health.

 

Jon Schreiber, DC, Director of the Breema Center and Breema Clinic in Oakland, California, has been teaching Breema in the U.S. and internationally since 1980. He has presented Breema to interested groups in the fields of medicine, psychology, bodywork, exercise, holistic health, and personal growth. In his active clinical practice, Dr. Schreiber uses Breema, Self-Breema, and the Nine Principles of Harmony to help his patients discover the real meaning of health. His numerous articles and books focus on the universal and practical philosophy of Breema.

Alexandra Johnson, MD, is a family physician and Breema Practitioner and Instructor. Her common sense approach integrates wisdom from Western medicine, functional medicine, food as medicine, and body-mind connection to help create a practical and individualized path to wellness. She has found the principles and practice of Breema to be invaluable tools in working with any condition of the mind, body and feelings. Angela Porter is a somatic therapist specializing in treating trauma, anxiety, addiction, attachment issues, group therapy, and therapy with therapists. She is
trained in gestalt, body-centered, psychodynamic, and somatic therapy, and uses the principles and philosophy of Breema as the foundation of her psychotherapeutic work.
