Breema: Building A Foundation For Self-Transformation
a Weekend Workshop at Esalen
August 1 - 3, 2014

with Jon Schreiber, D.C.

Many people are interested in self-improvement, but some of us wish for a more essential self-transformation. Self-transformation means coming from the mechanical dimension of past and future to the present, and from the present to the moment- to the unity of all that exists.
Breema offers us a practical method of raising our level of consciousness by unifying body, mind, and feelings. When we are united in ourselves then we have the possibility to connect with others and with all life. Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises are both nurturing and vitalizing. They are based on Breema’s universal philosophy and principles which are seamlessly integrated into how the bodywork is taught and practiced.
This weekend, you will give, receive, and learn a series of dynamic Breema bodywork partner sequences that introduce you to a completely new way of relating to people based on non-judgmental touch, as well as a variety of Self-Breema exercises that enhance physical, mental, and emotional balance and harmony. Done fully clothed on a comfortably padded floor, Breema uses natural rhythmic movements that are nurturing yet energizing at the same time. Both giver and receiver experience greater receptivity, balance and openness to life.

Please be comfortable sitting and moving on a padded floor.
