Join us to practice Breema bodywork, a unique way to come to your body and stay connected to yourself while interacting with another person.  Breema bodywork’s simple, natural movements benefit both giver and receiver simultaneously.  You don’t need any previous bodywork experience.  At the same time, practitioners of many modalities find the principles guiding Breema’s way of moving  extremely supportive.  Ultimately, the aim of Breema bodywork is to become present in the moment. Students find spending time in the atmosphere of a Breema class to be extremely relaxing and nurturing.

This workshop will be led by three certified Breema Instructors with many years of experience: Laura Rawson, CMT, LAc, Jamie Lam, and Christine Hunt, CMT.
