Breema is based on a profound understanding of the underlying unity of all life, expressed through the Nine Principles of Harmony.
Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises, practiced with these Principles, use natural rhythmic movements that are both nurturing a nd vitalizing.
Beginners welcome. Please be comfortable sitting and moving on a padded floor. Wear loose-fitting clothing, and be fragrance-free.



Jon Schreiber, D. C., director of the Breema Center and Breema Clinic in Oakland, California, has been teaching Breema in the U.S. and internationally since 1980. He has presented Breema to interested groups in the fields of medicine, psychology, bodywork, exercise, holistic health, and personal growth. His numerous articles and books focus on the universal and practical philosophy of Breema.



Alexandra Johnson, MD,  has been teaching Breema in the US and internationally since 2003. She embraces the common-sense practice of Breema and the Nine Principles of Harmony as a useful tool for coming to the present moment in everyday life. She lives in Denver.


Laura Rawson, LAc, has been practicing and teaching Breema since 1999. A staff Instructor at the Breema Center, she maintains an active teaching schedule around the country, and a private practice in Breema and Chinese medicine.



Jamie Furstoss-Lam has been Breema instructor since 2010, and certified as a practitioner since 2001. In her daily life, Breema and the Nine Principles provide ongoing opportunities to bring her to a more balanced state, supporting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.



Kevin Johnson has been a a self-Breema instructor since 2005 and a Breema instructor since 2016. Through Breema he has experienced a mind-body connection, and a being present in the moment, that allows him to live a more harmonious life.
