• Pari has many years of experience in practicing and teaching Breema. Pari introduced Breema to Sweden in the 90ties. 
  You can book a private session with Pari during the weekend. The cost is 500 Swedish kroner. 
Ulf Bräutigam
Ulf received his training at the Breema Center in California. He teaches Breema in Sweden
• In this workshop you will learn several Breema partner exercises and Self-Breema exercises. You will also be introduced to the Nine Principles of Harmony. The principles support us to increase our presence when we do Breema and in our daily activites. The principles and the art of being present is the foundation for Breema.

• This an opportunity to discover what Breema is through experiencing it. You will be able to receive a short Breema session and also experience giving Breema. Breema supports you to experience your life energy and to increase your well-being.
