Bay Area Dance Week 2019 - Free Events

The Breema Center is offering the following free events for the annual celebration of Bay Area Dance Week.
No prior bodywork experience is necessary, but please be comfortable sitting and working on a padded floor.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled. Classes start on time. Wear stretchy clothing and clean socks, and no fragrances or scented products, please.
Classes are held at the Breema Center, 6076 Claremont Ave., Oakland 94618 (unless otherwise noted).

Saturday, April 27:
Breema: The Art of Being Present
