Existence is effortlessly expressing itself, and everything the body does is in harmony with the natural, universal flow of energy. Our Being has a receptive relationship to Existence. It is an inseparable part of Beingness, of Existence itself. When our Being is present, the mind functions as a tool of Consciousness. The feelings function as a tool of our conscience, which recognizes and appreciates life in everything. The body uses its natural energy and weight in whatever it does.

We do not use our �own� energy to do things.

We use the universal energy, the “unlimited capital” of Existence, which we ourselves are an inseparable part of. In fact, our energy and the universal energy are one. In the absence of our self-image, we are simply present, and everything we do takes place as an integral part of the harmonious interaction of everything in Existence—there is no force involved.

When we are not present, we use our body, mind, and feelings unnaturally.

The more we unify these tools, the less force we use. If we try to open a door with just one finger, we have to use a lot of force. But when we use our whole body to open a door, much less force is needed.

When two things are separate, they exert force on each other.

Force is a relationship between separate entities, an energy that moves something outside of itself. Yet in reality, no two things are separate. Existence is one—one matter, one energy, one Consciousness, one Awareness. The totality of everything that exists and the totality of the interrelationships between everything that exists are included.
