Join us for a free introduction to Breema!

This complimentary evening is an experiential introduction to Self-Breema exercises, Breema bodywork, and the universally applicable Nine Principles of Harmony. Breema is the art of being present, and an entirely new and practical way of relating that nurtures giver and receiver equally. 

The bodywork and exercises are practiced sitting, standing, and lying down on a padded floor. No prior experience is necessary. 

6:30-7 pm - Breema bodywork mini-sessions
7-9 pm - Introductory workshop

Note: THERE WILL ALSO BE A THREE-HOUR WORKSHOP ON SUNDAY, MAY 3RD, FROM 1:30-4:30PM at Santa Monica Yoga Studio. CE will be available for that event.
