Breema is the Art of Being Present!

When we practice Self-Breema and Breema Bodywork, body, mind and feelings can relax. Old patterns and hardenings can be released in these three centers of our being, between which we can then experience a new quality of harmony. We learn the 9 principles of harmony as tools that we can then apply to our daily lives, helping us move from helplessness to agency in every moment of our daily lives. We can rediscover aspects of our existence that we have never been aware of before and harmonize our relationships with ourselves, with our environment and with other people. A Breema Intensive Workshop is a wonderful opportunity to get to know yourself anew in a non-judgmental and accepting atmosphere, to make your first Breema experiences or to deepen such experiences.

"What I see of myself in acceptence doesn't create a problem for me, because that which accepts is always a degree higher than that which is seen and accepted. That's why I don't need to try to fix what I see. This is the art of coming to live in harmony with myself, and eventually, with my surroundings, and with all life. I see that I'm always reacting to life, not knowing what to do, and often doing things for the wrong reasons. I see all of that, but at the same time, I have a little smile...

My first “Breema experience” I had in 1993, and I was so touched, not only in the body, but also in the feelings and in the mind. At that time I didn´'t know, what it was, but it was clear for me, that I want more of that. So the search started: I became a Breema practitioner and then a Breema Instructor, giving workshops in Austria and instructing also in other countries. For me Breema is a way of Self-understanding, which supports me to have also understanding for the outside world. ...

I grew up and was conditioned in a European religious family. As a child and as a teenager I had many questions about the world, God and people. The answers and explanations given to me were not satisfying me. As a young adult I turned to sciences and politics, always with desire for understanding and to participate in making the world a better place. In science it was all about knowledge and I missed real understanding and a bigger picture. Politics always was associated with...
