No Force
The principle of No Force helps us learn to remain centered in ourselves while we do things. We discover that we can accomplish much more, and more efficiently, without force, and instead, receive the natural support of everyone and everything we interact with.
Experience a new level of aliveness and comfort in the nourishing atmosphere of a Breema workshop. As body, mind, and feelings begin to function in harmony with each other, you are revitalized, and the ways you think, feel, and move emanate harmony. The day consists of two modular workshops, both of them unique in content.
In each workshop, we learn and practice a select repertoire of Breema bodywork sequences and Self-Breema exercises, which are dynamic expressions of the Nine Principles of Harmony. These universal principles are fundamental elements of Breema’s profound philosophy, and applying them as we practice prepares us to use them in our daily lives.
These workshops are down-to-earth and practical. We learn by direct experience of giving and receiving the bodywork and doing the exercises. Breema offers perspectives and experiences that can become the foundation of a profound self-understanding, with the potential to have a transformative effect on one’s life. Succinctly put, by studying Breema you discover yourself.
The workshops offer important support for bodyworkers, as well as for practitioners in the fields of mental, physical, and emotional health, but anyone with an interest in finding more meaning and fulfillment will find them invaluable.
You can participate in the entire day, or attend just one of the workshops. Pre-registration is recommended. Call or email the Breema Center for more information.
