Certifications and CEs
Practitioner Certification Program
The Breema Center is licensed by the State of California Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education to offer a 165-hour Practitioner Certificate in Breema. Students accrue 130 Breema bodywork hours, 15 hours of Anatomy and Physiology and 20 hours of Breema Practitioner Colloquium. Payment is made on a per-class basis.
Graduates of the Certificate Program are eligible for a 50% discount on most Breema Center classes.
Continuing Education
The Breema Center is approved to provide continuing education credit by:
- The California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider Number 03852)
- The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as continuing education Approved Provider #145251.
- Application for approval of continuing nursing education contact hours has been submitted to the American Holistic Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Successful AHNA Completion Requirements for a Breema Workshop:
You must attend all sessions of the workshop included as an AHNA CNE activity in order to receive credit for the allotted hours. During the workshop, you must participate in doing Self-Breema, exchanging partner Breema bodywork sequences, and actively listening and speaking in discussions.
In order to verify your participation, the workshop instructors will track your attendance in all sessions on an attendance sheet and your hours of participation will be sent to the AHNA so that you can receive accreditation.

Meals and Accomodations
Students are responsible for arranging for their own meals and accommodations. You are welcome to request our list of accommodations nearby. A visitor’s book with information on local transportation and dining is available at the Center.
