No Force

When two things are separate, they exert force on each other. Force is a relationship between separate entities, an energy that moves something outside of itself. Yet in reality, no two things are separate. Existence is one—one matter, one energy, one Consciousness, one Awareness. The totality of everything that exists and the totality of the interrelationships between everything that exists are included.

Audio excerpt from Breema and the Nine Principles of Harmony read by Jon Schreiber.

In those moments when we know we have a body, whatever our body does is Breema. Another name for this knowing is connection to the body. Connection to the body guides us toward the taste of being fully present. Mind, feelings, and body are in harmony with each other, and we are naturally present in the body, without thought, assumption, or effort.
From "Self-Breema Exercises for Harmonious Life"

The principle of No Force is an expression of harmony with Existence. To be in harmony with Existence is our nature. When we express our true nature, we use no force. All that’s necessary is to let go of assumptions of separation.
When we let go of our identification with ourselves as something separate from the rest of Existence, we let go of force.
