Our minds have been thinking and describing for nearly our entire lives. Should we try to stop it while we’re practicing Breema? Why not let it do what it always does? You exist, prior to thought. Because a thought comes, it doesn’t mean you have to lose your connection to your Being, to Existence, and get involved in the thought. Let thoughts come, let thoughts go. Let feelings come, let feelings go. Let sensations come, let sensations go. They are just temporary manifestations of our real nature.
