Alecia S Baker

Alecia Suzanne is a certified Breema and Self-Breema Instructor whose work is rooted in presence, embodiment, and the ongoing practice of returning to ourselves.

For more than 30 years, she has explored the relationship between body, mind, and awareness through hands-on practice and embodied disciplines. Her background includes massage therapy, Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure®, coaching, aromatherapy, sound therapy, and trauma-informed education. While each has contributed to her understanding, Breema remains the foundation that continues to deepen her relationship with herself and with others.

Alecia values Breema as a practical support for bringing body, mind, and feelings into harmony and for discovering the nourishment that comes from being present in this moment. She is grateful for the opportunity to continue practicing, learning, and sharing this work.
