Institutional Approval
The Breema Center’s approval to operate in the State of California is based on provisions of the California Private Postsecondary Education Act (CPPEA) of 2009, which is effective January 1, 2010. The Breema Center under Section 94802(a) of CPPEA will, by operation of law, be approved until March 22, 2012. The Act is administered by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education, under the Department of Consumer Affairs. The Bureau can be reached at: P.O. The Bureau responds to student complaints and oversees a fund designed to help reimburse a student's tuition if a school closes unexpectedly.
