When you look at yourself, you need to have a correct picture of what it is you’re looking at. Or at least an approximately correct picture. What are you? Are you the body you see in the mirror? Are you the name people address you by? How do you look at yourself?  

You are two people, really. One is the child of Existence. That’s the essential nature you were given by Existence. The other is the child of society—what you’ve acquired through the influence of mass consciousness.
