Essence of Breema: 7 April, 2020

Close up of a water drop rippling on a clear pond.

When you place a little bit of demand on your mind and ask it to think about something you want it to think about, the mind can think, instead of just having thoughts. When, for example, you make a chronological list to help you prepare for an upcoming event, or you calculate the anticipated expenses of a project, you have more energy and you feel less scattered. The mind that can think intentionally about things that relate to the purpose and meaning of your life is another dimension.
