This online event begins at 10:30am PST, 1:30pm EST, 19:30 CET, 20:30 IST.

This is a 3-workshop series: January 23, January 30, February 6.

Almost everyone is spending too much time in front of a computer these days, and many of us are experiencing the deleterious effects that has on our health. Common repercussions include neck, shoulder, and back pain, eye strain, nervous system imbalances, anxiety, and stress. Fortunately, there are many Self-Breema exercises that can be easily learned and practiced to vitalize, balance, and strengthen the body and many of its compromised systems. These exercises are safe, simple, direct, and brief. They can be practiced anywhere, anytime. We will present a concise set of Self-Breema exercises, and practice them with you as we introduce you to Breema’s Nine Principles of Harmony. The Principles support us to respond to the extraordinary stresses of life these days with resilience and clarity. They offer us a solid foundation from which we can take step after step in the direction of health and harmony.
