Please join us for online practice of body-centered meditation and Self-Breema exercises. Self-Breema is the practice of simple and specific movements in order to invite the mind to connect with the body's activity in the present moment. I find this practice to be grounding, centering, comforting and restorative. Breema gives us tools that entirely depend on verifying for ourselves what it means to utilize body/mind connection to come to the present moment and a balanced experience of life.
