The Breema is based on 9 principles of harmony, and includes exercises for self-care, and exercises with a partner.
Breema is an incredibly pleasant treatment method with touch and movement, and at the same time also a tool for self-work, which makes the therapeutic session (and any other session) more nourishing for both parties.
