Winter Intensive 2023 - Breema Weekend Workshops

In-person

This weekend is part of the 5-day Winter Intensive. Come to one workshop, one day, the weekend, or the whole Intensive!

Being Present Is to Be Yourself

Whether you're totally new to Breema, an experienced student, or currently considering becoming a Breema Practitioner, the weekend workshop is a perfect opportunity to nourish your body, mind, and feelings with Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and Breema's  practical philosophy.

We study Breema to study ourselves. Breema offers a direct and tangible relationship with oneself, via body-mind connection, not based on assumptions or outer influences. The No PrinciplesNo Force, No Hurry/No Pause, No Extra, and No Judgmentsupport us to see what we are not, and so open a doorway that enables us to experience what we really are.

You can participate in the entire weekend, or attend just one or more of the four workshops. Pre-registration is required. Call or email the Breema Center for more information.

We follow current California State and Alameda County COVID guidelines.

CE is available for massage therapists and bodyworkers, nurses, LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs. $10 fee for processing

.
