Using Self-Breema exercises and body-centered meditation, this class provides an introduction to Breema’s Nine Principles of Harmony. Self-Breema exercises are sequences done on one’s own body. They are an opportunity to experience being both the practitioner and the recipient at the same time. By working with the principles of Breema as we practice Self-Breema, we simplify and purify the activity of the mind and feelings, inviting a higher level of consciousness that is less mechanical and more purposeful to participate in the body’s movements.

A Zoom link will be sent to you one hour before class start time. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and socks.

Matthew Tousignant

Matthew Tousignant, M.A., CMT holds degrees from Harvard University and the California Institute of Integral Studies. A Certified Breema Practitioner and Instructor, he currently teaches Breema extensively in the U.S. and Europe. Matthew’s body-centered therapeutic work, based out of Lambertville, New Jersey, combines the universal wisdom of Breema with a practical knowledge of psychology to connect others to their unique potential as human beings.
