Experience Breema in Europe

Breema exercises can be powerful catalysts for living a more harmonious life, reminding us that we can come to balance and presence within ourselves by nurturing aliveness and simplicity at any given moment. All exercises are practiced in comfortable clothing, sitting, standing, or lying on the floor.

The aim of Breema and Self-Breema is to bring that experience of presence to our daily life. The natural, non-judgmental approach to using the body introduces us to a unique quality of movement and touch that supports physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional balance in any activity we do, opening us up to the possibility of becoming present

By practicing Breema partner sequences and Self-Breema exercises we strengthen the connection between body, mind, and feelings. This creates harmony and presence, and a palpable experience of being an inseparable part of all life. Open to all levels!  With Dr. Jon Schreiber, director of the Breema Center in California, Salena and Felipe, directors of the Harmonious Life Center, and a group of instructors from Europe and the USA.

Breema is a body-centered, holistic approach to being present. The natural movements and the non-judgmental approach introduce us to a unique quality of touch, and a direct expression of our presence. When we are present, we enjoy a more open-hearted and balanced relationship with ourselves, others, and all life. Practicing Breema creates an experience of dynamic balance that is deeply nurturing, vitalizing, and beneficial for both giver and receiver.

Breema offers a tangible experience of presence that is the gateway to a new dimension of health, consciousness, and Self-understanding. Breema’s universal principles help us unify body, mind, and feelings, so we can find meaning in every moment of life. The weekend workshop will include an experiential exploration of the Nine Principles of Harmony and how they can be applied in any activity or situation.

A Breema Intensive is a unique opportunity to enter into Breema’s practical approach to life—a chance to experience a new way of moving, thinking, and feeling, in harmony with universal principles.  In an atmosphere of tangible mutual support, we will learn and practice Self-Breema exercises and Breema bodywork partner treatments that leave both giver and receiver feeling stronger yet more flexible, calm and, at the same time, energized and ready to face life with balance and enthusiasm.  No prior experience is needed.

During this weekend workshop, students will experience Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony. All are natural expressions of the unifying principle of Existence. They provide ideal support for practicing body-mind connection and the art of being present.  Jon Schreiber, Director of the Breema Center, and Birthe Kaarsholm will join Claudia Saltiel and Renate Reinwein-Kemptner for this weekend of the ongoing Practitioner Training Course in Austria. 

Breema offers us a practical way to experience, firsthand, the Principles that guide the entire universe. And it shows us that we can think, feel, and move in harmony with these Principles. Breema bodywork is an ideal venue for tasting the harmony that results from working with them. The benefits are tangible, and include increased physical, mental, and emotional health, and more harmonious relationships with the people we interact with. All levels are welcome.

Breema views the Earth as a school in which every event we go through has the potential to be an experience through which we can learn about ourselves and nurture our essential aspect. In this workshop, we will use presentation by the instructors and discussion among the participants with Self-Breema exercises as a support to explore bringing the Breema principles and body-mind connection to our daily lives. We will look into how to benefit from life’s various challenges so that they become opportunities for growth in self-understanding.

Our students benefit from a way of teaching that emphasizes both practical experience and the integration of Breema principles into daily life. In addition to training students who wish to receive a Practitioner Certificate, an important objective of the Breema Center is to serve those students whose goal is personal enrichment rather than career enhancement.
