Seijun Hale

Seijun discovered Breema in 2013. As a Practitioner and Self-Breema Instructor, she wants to support everybody - including herself - to align body, mind and feelings. As a longterm Zen student, Seijun is very excited to discover over and over again how these two techniques complement and support each other. She has found her perfect match for the path of deepening awareness and cultivating presence in every single moment.
