For me, Breema is a clear path to more presence – in each moment, in the rhythm of daily life – offering countless opportunities to explore this journey both within myself and in connection with others. Practicing Breema has become, for me, like coming home in my search. Once there, an endless doorway opens, inviting me to deepen my relationship with the present moment and with a richer, fuller sense of presence. I am in my final year of the psychology program in Östersund, and I am continually inspired by how Breema enriches the daily interplay of body, mind, life, and my work with clients.
