Breema presents a dynamic approach to touch and movement that opens up new possibilities for relating to others and to the world around us more harmoniously and essentially. Practicing Breema allows you to experience connection to yourself as you support others, and a taste of relaxed aliveness in the present moment.
 
In this workshop you will:

  • Practice bodywork and self-care exercises for balance and harmony.
  • Experience supporting and being supported by others in a nonjudgmental atmosphere.
  • Discover a new and natural relationship to yourself, others, and all life.

This workshop is a wonderful opportunity for movement enthusiasts, bodyworkers, dancers, and anyone interested in the art of being present and a deeper understanding of life that supports harmony and wholeness in themselves and others. Beginners are welcome.

  • $60
  • CE available. A $10 processing fee applies.
  • Please be comfortable sitting and moving on a padded floor. Wear loose-fitting clothing, and be fragrance-free.
