Lover of all things living and glistening with the unknown, Rachel has been supporting the Art of Being Present through her Breema practice in Oregon since 2010. Regularly teaching in-person at seasonal workshops and maintaining a weekly online Self-Breema class, Rachel inspires the classroom atmosphere with a sincere perspective of humility and understanding. Outside of Breema, Rachel uses her knowledge of nutrition, movement, healing, and ritual to support others to find purpose, vitality, and optimal health.
