We all have an innate supply of energy available to us. Sometimes, for whatever reason, we experience that our energy is easily depleted, and it can be a challenge to get back to feeling well. Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony offer a new way of moving, thinking, and feeling, and an experience of positivity and vitality that effectively bypasses the chronic fatigue, and "lifts you up."

What’s the remedy for fear and confusion?
Body-mind connection. When we have it, we discover an inner strength that allows us to respond harmoniously to the events of life, instead of reacting to them in ways that cause harm to ourselves and others. Body-mind connection is the foundation on which we can build real understanding.

We spend much of our time being sedentary, lost in our minds. Yet each movement you make throughout your day is an opportunity to be present. Self-Breema exercises are simple and dynamic, and offer a direct experience of body-mind connection. As you practice in class, you increase your ability to be present during your day. You will leave class nurtured, revitalized, and with newfound positivity! This class is available online via Zoom; in-person drop-in also welcome!

With so many things requiring our attention each day, it can be difficult to find balance. This can lead to nervous system dysfunction, indicated by fatigue, overwhelm, anxiety, insomnia, and even illness. Breema Bodywork, Self-Breema Exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony offer practical tools to balance your nervous system, and bring more presence and vitality into you life.

Practicing Breema, we connect mind and body, and learn to respond to life in ways that bring more harmony and balance to ourselves and those around us. In this weekend workshop, we will learn Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises, to acquire practical tools that can enable us to bring Breema’s harmonizing philosophy and principles into daily life.

Our students benefit from a way of teaching that emphasizes both practical experience and the integration of Breema principles into daily life. In addition to training students who wish to receive a Practitioner Certificate, an important objective of the Breema Center is to serve those students whole goal is personal enrichment rather than career enhancement.
