We spend much of our time being sedentary, lost in our minds. Yet each movement you make throughout your day is an opportunity to be present. Self-Breema exercises are simple and dynamic, and offer a direct experience of body-mind connection. As you practice in class, you increase your ability to be present during your day. You will leave class nurtured, revitalized, and with newfound positivity! This class is available online via Zoom; in-person drop-in also welcome!

Body-mind connection. When we have it, we discover an inner strength that allows us to respond harmoniously to the events of life, instead of reacting to them in ways that cause harm to ourselves and others. Body-mind connection is the foundation on which we can build real understanding.

Sometimes life seems overwhelming. Personal and professional difficulties drain our energy. Even before we get out of bed in the morning, we start to worry about the things that might happen. If we learn how to face life with our body and mind connected, being present, we are much more able to deal with the events of life in ways that bring us harmony and fulfillment.

When body and mind are connected, we can access the essential part of ourselves that has been covered up by wrong education and misguided expectations. The Nine Principles of Harmony are a roadmap for experiencing life directly—free from expectations. Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises support us to experience these nurturing principles and discover new, more harmonious perspectives that make life truly satisfying.

These events take place at Hummingbird Valley,  a quiet retreat in the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains, and Breema bodywork sessions and Breema Classes and Workshops are offered.
