Our classes are designed to facilitate an experiential connection to the Nine Principles of Harmony, which are the foundation of Breema's practical philosophy of living. Self-Breema exercises (prominently featured in our on-line classes) are a simple and practical way to experience body-mind connection, which we can use to support our life anytime, anywhere.
Studying Breema and its universal principles, receiving Breema bodywork, and practicing Self-Breema exercises lead to experiences of real health—harmony with Existence. Improved physical, mental, and emotional health and vitality, though often remarkable, are secondary benefits of Breema.
The primary purpose of studying Breema is to become familiar, through actual experience, with the unique taste of being present.
