The Breema Center

Welcome!

Breema is the activity of the body when I am present. You study Breema to study yourself. The purpose of Breema’s philosophy and of Breema bodywork is to support you in the direction of Self-understanding.

You cannot separate Breema bodywork or Self-Breema exercises from the philosophy of Breema. And the philosophy of Breema cannot be separated from the philosophy of Existence.

Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises are precious vehicles for gaining practical experiences that support us to bring body, mind, and feelings together and become present. This is the requisite step that we need to take again and again in the lifelong process of discovering and fulfilling the purpose and meaning of our life.

Physical Comfort

Breema is a floor-based method. Participants should be reasonably comfortable sitting and working on a well-padded floor.

For More Information

Your best introduction to Breema is to experience it first-hand. We offer a variety of "Experience Breema Events" where you can receive a complimentary mini-session and participate in Self-Breema exercises. Check the website for upcoming events at the Center or in your area.

Potential students are also invited to call the office, whose staff is available to answer questions about classes and our Certificate program.
