Introduction to Breema Bodywork, Self-Breema and the Nine Principles of Harmony
In-person

BE RELAXED AND CONFIDENT

Two things that your patients need in order to have a more successful outcome from the care you offer them are confidence and calmness. And these two characteristics are best supported in one way—by you, the provider, exemplifying them.

When your own confidence stems not from ego (“I’m such a great doctor”), but from an understanding that the body is a self-healing organism, and that the universe, and everything in it, actually seeks harmony, it affects the recipient to have the same trust in the healing process. They become more able to take the ups and downs, twists and turns of their healing journey in stride. They “flow” more comfortably with it, and so, don’t create obstructions that interfere or slow down the process.

Tension impedes healing, and erodes one’s baseline level of health. When you are relaxed, you foster relaxation in your patients, and the healing process is supported. Being relaxed allows them to be calm, and not waste their energy in worry and anxiety about their condition. It allows health improvement and healing to proceed at a much greater speed.

This workshop is tailored to support health care practitioners in the fields of mental, physical, and emotional health, as well as body workers and all those in healing professions.

The workshops are down-to-earth and practical. During the three hours we will learn Self-Breema Exercises, learn and practice Breema Bodywork Sequences (please be prepared to exchange bodywork with other students), and experience how the Nine Principles of Harmony can support your clinical practice, and your life! Breema offers perspectives and experiences that can become the foundation of a profound self-understanding, with the potential to have a transformative effect on one’s life. Succinctly put, by studying Breema you discover yourself.

Please be comfortable sitting, moving, and working on a well padded floor.
