Self Breema is a practice which reorients the practitioner to come to the present moment, moment by my moment. It enables us to see ourselves with acceptance, as we are in the moment, with no judgement. It allows us to verify for ourselves that it is possible to come out of the world of thought by giving us a taste of the present. I hope to see you at the upcoming class.
