Breema is an expression of the unifying principle of Existence. Practicing Self-Breema helps us bring mind, body, and feelings together and familiarizes us with the taste of being present. Breema's Nine Principles support us to unify body, mind, and feelings while practicing Self-Breema, and eventually in any activity of our life.
The class will include Self-Breema exercises as well as discussion and questions about applying the Principles in the activities and interactions of our day.
Note: The class starts at 7:00pm PDT (Pacific Daylight Time), which is 5:00am IDT (Israel Daylight Time), or 4:00am CEST (Central European Summer Time).

Denise Berezonsky is co-author of Self-Breema: Exercises for Harmonious Life, Associate Director and Practitioner at the Breema Clinic and a Staff Instructor at the Breema Center. Denise has been working with Breema’s transformational approach to life since 1989 and in continuous practice at the Breema Clinic since 1991. She currently teaches throughout Northern California and in the Pacific Northwest.
