The Earth is a school that we enter to support our essential development. Every difficulty that life presents can be faced with our own inner understanding, if we learn how to access it. But without even knowing it, we automatically react to outer events with only our body, our mind, or our feelings, instead of with all three parts working together. Breema shows us how to connect to the body to support these three to unite and respond harmoniously to life's challenges.

In this one-hour workshop, we will present Self-Breema exercises along with Breema's practical philosophy, and have group discussion to support us in bringing Breema and its Nine Principles of Harmony to our daily lives. Even everyday activities like washing dishes or sweeping the patio can become vitalizing Self-Breema exercises. With a strong enough experiential foundation, even demanding life situations become opportunities to become present by practicing the Breema Principles.

CE available: 1.0 hour
