Join us the first Sunday of every month!

A Breema class offers a nonjudgmental, nurturing, and practical means of becoming present. When you are present, you can connect with others, and with all life. Practicing Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony support participating fully in all our activities and relationships with greater harmony, meaning and purpose.

Join us to learn and practice a series of simple bodywork treatments and exercises that bring body and mind together, relieve stress, and give you fresh energy in the moment. Open to all levels, beginners are very welcome!

   $40 if paid by January 27 (use coupon code EARLYBIRD), $50 thereafter.

Laura Rawson LAc DACM CMT has been a Certified Breema Instructor and Practitioner for over 20 years. She is a Staff Instructor at the Breema Center in Oakland, CA, and teaches regularly on the West Coast and in the Midwest.

Susan Mankowski

Susan Mankowski, LMT, BFA in dance, has been an Certified Breema Practitioner and Instructor in Santa Cruz, the Breema Center, and throughout the United States since 1998. She is a Staff member and Instructor at the Breema Center since 2012. Currently she is located offsite in Wisconsin and also instructs at Breema Center Intensives, for the practitioner program, and other onsite events.
