Join us the first Sunday of every month!

A Breema class offers a nonjudgmental, nurturing, and practical means of becoming present. When you are present, you can connect with others, and with all life. Practicing Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony support participating fully in all our activities and relationships with greater harmony, meaning and purpose.

Join us to learn and practice a series of simple bodywork treatments and exercises that bring body and mind together, relieve stress, and give you fresh energy in the moment. Open to all levels, beginners are very welcome!

John Galloway

John has been practicing Breema since 1998 and instructing since 2001. In everyday life, he consults with companies on their sustainability and climate impacts and ways to do better business that’s better for the planet. He has worked in the field of renewable energy sources since 1996.
