Join us to experience the atmosphere of Self Breema and Breema Bodywork in this three hour introductory class. Wear comfortable clothes, socks, and no perfumes, please. We will be working from a cushioned and carpeted floor. There will be some pillows for support or you can bring your own.

Practicing Breema supports my life to come from complication to simplicity. Breema brings me to this moment. This is where I am the most comfortable. 

One of the most important aspects of Breema is knowing-by experiencing- that body breathes and body has weight. That is something everyone can do. And by staying with it, the whole of Breema slowly reveals itself.
