The Antidote to Fear
In-person

Cost: $60. Please register through Karma Yoga Center at 303-284-8617.

How do we give real support to others? What does it mean to receive support in a meaningful way? How can we experience Mutual Support, even with those who may view life differently from us? Is there a common experience that supports connection? If these questions spark your curiosity, please join us!

In this experiential workshop, we’ll learn Breema Bodywork and practice Self-Breema exercises as a way to explore the essential meaning of giving and receiving, and the role of body-mind connection in understanding ourselves. We’ll also look at how the Nine Principles of Harmony, including the principle of Mutual Support, can help us support ourselves and others.

Breema is an expression of the unifying principle of Existence. Its purpose is to create harmony and balance between your mind, feelings, and body, and in your relationship to yourself, to others, and to all life. Our classes are designed to facilitate an experiential connection to the Nine Principles of Harmony, which are the foundation of Breema's practical philosophy of living.

Please be prepared to practice simple movement exercises and learn bodywork sequences by exchanging gentle touch partner bodywork with other students in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

CE available: 3.0 hours

The Breema Center is approved to offer continuing education for massage practitioners and bodyworkers by the NCBTMB (#145251-00). If you’re interested in CE for this class, please email center@breema.com for details.

I began working as a Practitioner at the Breema Clinic in 2002, and...

"I study Breema to practice being present.  I do this by remembering that my body is breathing, and practicing full participation with the movement of the body.  The more Breema I do, the more desire...
