Breema helps us lessen complication and foster simplicity. Join us to practice being present and how natural that can be. We'll work with body centered meditation, movement, and bodywork to support us to open up to life in the moment.
Breema encourages us to bring our attention to the activity of the body, thereby cultivating receptivity and deepening our connection to ourself and to life around us. That shift needs practice, so the taste (experience) of being present can develop in our everyday life. Joy and gratitude are the byproducts.
Please note: we will be working on a carpeted floor, so wear comfortable clothes (like for yoga) and socks. No scented products. Thanks.
Fee for the 3-hour class is $40.00. This class is part of a series that continues on March 21 and April 25. If you are interested in attending all 3 classes, you can come to all of them for $100.00.
3 hours NCBTMB CE credit is available for each class for an additional $10.00 fee.
