Self-Breema and Breema bodywork at the 2026 Graz Intensive
Preparing the Ground for Spring
In-person
Instructors: Laura Ike and Patrick Connors

Breema helps us lessen complication and foster simplicity.   Join us to practice being present and how natural that can be.  We'll work with body centered meditation, movement and Bodywork to support us to open up to life in the moment.

Breema encourages us to bring our attention to the activity of the body,  thereby cultivating receptivity and deepening our  connection to ourself and to life around us.  That shift needs practice, so the  taste (experience) of being present can develop in our everyday life.   Joy and gratitude are the byproducts.

Please note: We'll  be working on a carpeted floor, so wear comfortable clothes (like for yoga) and socks. No scented products.   Thanks.

Fee for three hour class is $40.00. Early registration discount is $30.00 if registered by February 1st, 2026.

NCBTMB CE's available for an additional $10.00 fee.

By bringing the attention of the mind to the weight and breath of the body we move in the direction of being present. The Nine Principles of Harmony are the basic building blocks of having a real relationship to...
