BREEMA: Composting Fear, Tasting Life

In-person

Fear arises from taking ourselves to be separate from life and believing we are only a
temporary form born to die. Composting fear begins by acknowledging it without
judgement and using it as a reminder to come to the body, to the knowledge of the
“is-ness” of the body. This is the first step in the direction of being present. The present
transforms us because, in it, we experience no separation, only unity and the
interconnectedness of everything that exists. Instead of fear and worry, there is
understanding, a taste of being alive, and a direct connection to our True Nature.

Using Breema’s ® Nine Principles of Harmony as the class foundation, this series explores
how to use what we think and feel we are to discover what we actually are. Each class includes instruction in Breema partner exercises/bodywork, Self-Breema, and body-centered meditation. No prior experience is needed. No fragrances please.

Classes will be held on the following Tuesdays from 7:00-9:00PM: September 22, 29, October 6, 20, 27
November 3, 10, 17, 24 and December 1, 8, 15
