Holiday Class - Self-Breema Class

To support the direction of being present and in harmony, we're offering an online Self-Breema class during the New Year's Day Holiday in the US. This stand alone Friday class is in addition to all the ongoing online classes available from the Breema Center and does not occur on an ongoing basis.
