Life sometimes feels out of control. But there is always one step you can take toward balance—and it starts with connecting mind and body.
- Learn bodywork and self-care exercises for harmony and balance.
- Experience mutual support in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
- Breema® Bodywork, Exercises, and Principles for Daily Life
These workshops are down-to-earth and practical. We learn by direct experience of giving and receiving the bodywork and doing the exercises. The workshops offer important support for bodyworkers, as well as for practitioners in the fields of mental, physical, and emotional health, but anyone with an interest in finding more meaning and fulfillment will find them invaluable.
You can participate in the entire day, or attend just one of the workshops. Pre-registration is recommended. Call or email for more information.
CE is available for massage therapists and bodyworkers, nurses, LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs. $10 fee for processing .
