Experience how Breema helps you reconnect to yourself and your innate desire to live a more balanced and harmonious life. We will learn and practice Breema bodywork and Self-Breema movement exercises that are wonderful and particularly accessible for anyone new to Breema, and explore the Nine Principles of Harmony, body-mind connection, and the Art of Being Present. All levels of experience welcome!

Breema Center staff

Alexis Mulhauser has 20 years of experience studying and teaching movement, including Breema, Yoga, martial arts, and dance. She is a Breema Instructor and Self-Breema Instructor at the Breema Center in Oakland, CA, and Certified Massage Therapist.
