Breema is a body-centered, totally holistic approach to being present.
Unique floor-based bodywork, Self-Breema movement exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony are used to unify body, mind, and feelings and raise our level of consciousness. Breema's natural movements and non-judgmental atmosphere enable us to touch in ways that directly express our degree of presence, and enjoy a more supportive, open-hearted, and balanced relationship with ourselves, others, and all life. Breema’s philosophy comes from a profound understanding of the unity of life.
Practicing Breema, we experience a dynamic balance that is deeply nurturing, vitalizing, and beneficial for both giver and receiver. Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony are practical and accessible ways to take step after step towards a more harmonious relationship—with yourself, the people around you, and with life as a whole. This workshop is a wonderful opportunity for anyone interested in a deeper understanding that supports harmony and wholeness in themselves and others. The treatments and exercises you will learn will likely become your lifelong friends and allies.
Join us for an opportunity to discover a new and meaningful way of moving and relating that can enrich every aspect of your personal and professional life! In the workshop, we'll practice and learn a variety of Self-Breema exercises. They'll include gentle stretches, unique movements, and special postures. Each exercise is an ideal opportunity to apply and experience Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony.
The exercises are both nurturing and energizing, and support physical and physiological flexibility and vitality, mental clarity, and emotional balance. They are powerful catalysts for physical, mental, and emotional health, and support us to recognize that we can find a wealth of balance and harmony within ourselves, regardless of the outer circumstances of life.
Self-Breema exercise is a practical way to come to body-mind connection anywhere, at any time. We will also learn and practice simple yet powerfully health-enhancing Breema Bodywork sequences (you will exchange bodywork with other students), that support both giver and receiver to raise their level of consciousness.
