This online event begins at 10:30am PST, 1:30pm EST, 19:30 CET, 20:30 IST.

The movements of Self-Breema are balanced and in harmony with our essential nature. Worry, anxiety and tension are the result of living in the past and future.
The physical body is like a container. We usually fill it with thoughts and feelings that have a disharmonizing effect on our physiological function. By practicing the movements of Self-Breema exercises, we begin to develop a relationship to the body as a vehicle for conscious energy. We experience aliveness and vitality, and the imbalanced vibrations we receive from our surroundings are transformed into harmonious energy that can be beneficially used in all aspects of our lives.

In this experiential online Self-Breema class we will learn simple Self-Breema exercises as we look into using the body as a tool for balancing your mind and feelings, and the role of Breema’s Nine Principles of Harmony. There will be time for student participation and exchange.

CE available: 1.5 hours
The Breema Center is approved to offer continuing education for massage practitioners and bodyworkers by the NCBTMB (#145251-00). If you’re interested in CE for this class, please email elaine@breema.com for important details.

Be ordinary. When you are ordinary, you are not separate from anything that’s happening—not from the room, the carpet, the street noise—anything. You don’t need any particular wish for the recipient or for yourself for that moment, other than to simply know you have a body. You don’t need to be spiritual, or to connect to some special energy field. When you are ordinary, you are free to move, to hold, to lean—to do Breema simply and without extra.
