Breema for Daily Life
In-person

Breema and the Nine Principles of Harmony support us to establish and nurture a more harmonious relationship with ourselves. By practicing Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises, we can connect to an inner strength and confidence that is rooted in direct experience, and therefore less dependent on outer circumstances. This offers us the ability to respond—rather than react—to outer circumstances, and to discover a natural resource of vitality and well-wishing for others.

We will learn Self-Breema exercises and partner bodywork, and establish a first-hand relationship to Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony that can help us deepen our understanding of ourselves and the meaning and purpose of our life on this Earth.

12 CE hours available: The Breema Center is approved to offer continuing education credit through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB Provider #145251). $10 processing fee for CE paperwork.

Schedule (12 hours of class time):

Friday 5:00-7:00pm

Saturday 10:00am - 1:00pm & 2:30 - 5:30pm

Breema Clinic practitioner

I am a Family Physician, and have been a Breema Practitioner and Instructor for over 20 years. I have found Breema's non-judgmental atmosphere to be invaluable in working with any health condition. I am consistently amazed at the effect of Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and Nine Principles of Harmony in increasing vitality, addressing acute concerns, and offering new templates for relating to body, mind, and feelings. I began working as a Practitioner at the Breema Clinic in 2002, and...

Kevin Johnson

Kevin has been studying Breema for over 20 years.  He was drawn to Breema by its simplicity.  Since he began to practice Breema, he has found himself on a path of self-understanding.  This practice is not only for the classroom, but something he uses in his everyday life.  All he has to do is remember.  The more Breema he has in his body, the easier it is to remember.

Jamie Furstoss Lam

Jamie found Breema by a stroke of good luck 1991, in British Columbia, Canada. Taking the long slow train, she became an instructor in 2011, and continues to study and practice this life nourishing modality (now on a more steady train). She lives with her family in Colorado where she manages a regenerative farm.
