Join Avishai and Dave each Thursday for this ongoing class where we will explore Breema's Nine Principles and their potential to nurture Gratitude and Presence. Self-Breema exercises are both nurturing and energizing. All the movements are natural and comfortable so they are enjoyable and appropriate for nearly everyone. Each simple exercise is based on the Nine Principles of Harmony. Practiced in a nonjudgmental atmosphere, they allow us to discover a natural, joyful connection to the body and the benefit of fully participating in life.
