Self-Breema for Body, Mind, & Feelings
In times of challenge, we need mental, emotional, and physical flexibility to respond to the circumstances that present themselves. Cultivating a strong connection between body, mind, and feelings gives us a perspective of confidence through which we can navigate what we really need in each moment. By practicing Self-Breema exercises, we learn how to bring the attention of the mind to the body and stay with that experience. With practice, we may invite that experience to penetrate our every day activities.
